Q: What should I expect on my visit?
A: As a new patient, we like to put your concerns and fears to rest as we understand that a lot of patients are anxious about going to the dentist. You will complete a full dental examination and consultation with your dentist, who will continue to be your dentist on subsequent visits to our practice. After the consultation we will guide and explain the treatment options available to you, be it regular check ups, routine or cosmetic work.
Q: I’m a nervous patient, what can you do to help me?
A: We believe that the best way to help nervous patients is to build a relationship with our patients and to explain away every last detail of your treatment so we can put your mind at ease. Our practice and brand new decontamination area is designed to be as relaxing as possible and our dentists have years of experience and are as gentle and caring as can be.
Q: Can my children join this practice?
A: Yes they can, we are an NHS dentist for children and exempt groups. If you want your children to receive high quality gentle dental care then please phone us up and arrange a consultation. We have links with an orthodontic specialist and are expert at helping children to have the best teeth possible.
Q: Can I spread the cost of my dental treatment?
A: Of course you can! We have joined forces with Braemar Finance to offer patient finance solutions to suit you, with a representative APR of 0%. Whatever treatment plan we agree on, you can easily arrange the right amount of finance to be repaid between 6 and 24 months, to suit you. This means your treatment can start right away.
Q: Do I need to join Denplan?
A: We recommend Denplan as the best way to cover yourself and give you the most affordable dental care but by no means is that the only option. You may choose to pay for you treatment at the point of care or through our arrangement with Braemar Finance, or you may be covered by your own dental plan.
Q: I have a suggestion to improve your practice, what should I do?
A: We love to hear from our patients and friends to find out how we’re doing and how we can improve our practice to suit them. We have a confidential suggestion box and you can fill out our feedback questionnaire to give us new ideas on how to make our practice even better!
We are always trying to improve our service, that's why we provide an afterservice questionnaire and a confidential suggestions box for your feedback. And, that’s why we always try to act on your feedback.
